    EFFICIENCY EVALUATION OF USING FOR MULTILINK TRUCKS

    The efficiency evaluation of using for multilink trucks on the basis of performance the traction and speed characteristics, fuel efficiency and profitability are considered in the paper. The proposed techniques allow to choose the best option for the of truck in specified operating conditions.

    MULTILINK TRUCK BRAKING CONTROL WITH BRAKE ENERGY RECUPERATION

    Features of braking of multilink trucks are considered. It is established that for increase of trucks efficiency it is expedient to provide the distribution of brake forces of the wheels providing both safe braking and maximum recuperation with stores of brake energy. To increase stability and folding prevention at braking it is offered to create in the multilink trucks some «stretching» effect between links. The algorithm of control brake system of the multilink trucks in a mode of operating braking is offered. According to it in an initial stage of braking for creation of «stretching» effect the given distribution of brake efforts between links should be carried out.

    ANALYSIS, SYNTHESIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF STRUCTURAL AND KINEMATIC DIAGRAMS FOR POWER TRAINS WITH THREE DEGREES OF FREEDOM

    Structures for power trains (transmissions) with three degrees of freedom as a full set of vertex-edge incidence matrixes are presented. General rules for making the incidence matrixes to avoid the isomorphic transmission structures are formulated. Generalized structures and structural diagrams as well as bases of a velocities plan are entered and used for an analysis of transmission properties. The rational kinematic schemes which combined the simple and planetary gear trains are suggested.

    LONGITUDINAL UPDATING OF COGWHEELS OF PLANETARY TRANSFERS OF MOBILE CARS

    The analysis of features of work of a tooth gearing taking into account changing position of axes of cogwheels is given. Possibilities of longitudinal updating for maintenance of a demanded stain of contact are considered. The basic settlement dependences for definition of parametres of longitudinal updating and calculation examples are resulted.

    EFFECT ON INDEPENDENCE FOR THE QUANTITY ON DISPLACEMENT OF THE CENTER OF MASS OF A MECHANICAL SYSTEM FROM ENVIRONMENTAL DISSIPATIVITY (SAVELKAEV EFFECT)

    Theoretically proved that the displacement of the center of mass of a mechanical system for any of the corners of the counter rotational movement of its working bodies in the plane of the reference body independent of the resistance movement of the environment and supporting the body always remains constant such that for an infinite resistance. Infinitesimally small and the zero resistance to displacement of the center of mass becomes impossible. This effect led to develop Savelkaev inertsioid.

    CALCULATION OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SPINDLE UNIT AND MULTI-CRITERIA SELESTION OF THEIR MOST RATIONAL PARAMETERS

    The paper presents the methodical approach to the calculation of dynamic characteristics of spindle unit and multi-criteria selection of their most rational parameters. On the example of spindle unit with belt drive of spindle unit with belt drive of the circular grinding machines was held the choice of parameters, using as the criteria values of natural frequencies and mode shape of spindle. Parameters boundary of spindle unit, meeting the requirements of its dynamic qualities throughout the operating frequency range were determined.

    DYNAMIC OF FALLING FLEXIBLE TREE STEM

    A rod-chain model was used to study the dynamics of a tree stem. A numerical method is developed for simulating the mechanical behavior of a flexible tree stem. The motion of the flexible tree stem is determined under the resistance forces exerting on the tree crown. Flexible tree stem interaction with an elastic foundation and a forest machine is investigated as well. The numerical model is applied for calculating the impulse of force on the elastic foundation and the forest machine.

    FRACTURE OF A PERFORATED STRINGER PLATE

    An isotropic medium containing a system of foreign transverse rectilinear inclusions is considered. Such a medium can be interpreted as an infinite plate, reinforced with a regular system of stringers, whose cross sections are very narrow rectangles. Medium is weakened by a periodic system of rectilinear cracks emanating from the contours of the holes. The action of the stringers is replaced by unknown concentrated forces at the points of their connection with the medium. The boundary-value problem on the equilibrium of the periodic system of cracks is reduced to a singular integral equation, from the solution of which the stress intensity factors are found. The condition of limiting equilibrium of cracks is formulated based on the criterion of brittle fracture.

    THE THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON INELASTIC COMPRESSION COMPONENT DETERMINATION FOR T-13 TEXTILE

    The calculating formulas and practical methods to determine inelastic relative compression of yarn families are established for smooth weaving and biaxial fabrics. The maximum values of the inelastic relative compression for T-13 and BX-470 textiles are determined experimentally.

    COMPUTATIONAL INVESTIGATION OF KINEMATICS OF THE EQUAL CHANNEL ANGULAR PRESSING PROCESS IN TWO-DIMENSIONAL AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL STATEMENTS OF THE PROBLEM

    Numerical simulation of equal channel angular pressing process was done. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional statements of the problem were considered. Possibility of usage (for analysis of technological process) in some cases 2D statement instead of 3D statement for the purpose of decrease resource complexity of the problem was demonstrated. It was done on basis of comparison calculation’s results for both cases. Principal attention was spared for kinematics of the process.

    ON THE MECHANISM OF ORIGIN AND DESTRUCTION OF ELEMENTS OF CARBON STEEL FOR STATIC TENSION

    In the article on the basis of experimental data to investigate the mechanism of nucleation and crack development in the vicinity of defects in static tensile sheet elements of mild steel. It is shown that the destruction is initiated by the initial crack of a parabolic shape, emerging from defects in design-technological origin. Based on the correlations found that the shape and size of the initial cracks are determined by the volume of plastically deformed material at the base of the defect and the physical and chemical processes taking place in this volume. By using infrared heat deformation shows that the material of a deformable element for loading the formation of blocks with different stress-strain state. It is suggested that the development of initial cracks in elastically strained unit determines its brittle fracture and crack propagation along the trajectories of maximum shear stress leads to ductile fracture specimen.

    It is shown that motion generates new information in a system if its damage index is nonzero; information turns out to be positive when the system is strengthened and negative when it softens.

    VOLUME MEASURE OF DAMAGE OF RIGID BODY AT THEIR CONTACT LOADING AND ITS SOME APPLICATIONS

    Damage of tribo-fatigue system it is defined on the basis of model of a deformable firm body with dangerous volume. It is shown that such volumes can be calculated on many and various parametres characterising a mechanical condition (components, intensity, stress tensor, etc.). Classification of measures of damage which can be useful in different conditions is given. Conditions of deformation are considered and some criteria for restriction of dangerous volumes are offered. Techniques and results of calculation of dangerous volumes and damage are resulted at contact interaction with a friction. Examples of use of the developed concept for the decision of almost important problems are given.

    The paper presents an overview of research in the field of aerodynamics of bluff bodies and some useful flows which are used in theoretical studies on the aerodynamics of aircraft. The possibilities and reserves of increasing consumer properties of vehicles are shown due to improved aerodynamics. Had been demonstrated some results of work carried out at KAMAZ. This review is done using the published materials and does not claim to be exhaustive.
