    Determination of vehicle load modes and lives of its units taking into account a driving style and operation conditions

    Background of methods for determination of vehicle load mode is analysed; their classification is presented. The calculated and statistical method for typical operation conditions is developed. The load mode component connected with use of free traction is considered in detail. Load calculation in a system «engine—transmission—wheeled mover—vehicle mass» is based on quasistatic two-mass model with an intermediate link simulating transmission. The concept of driving style with a view to using free traction is entered; classification of driving styles by degree of free traction realisation is presented; connection between of driving style and lives of transmission parts is demonstrated.

    Calculating assessment of resistance of wear-fatigue damages for an active system «piston ring — cylinder liner». The back effect

    Dependences for calculating assessment of resistance of wear-fatigue damages (wear intensity, mechano-sliding fatigue limit, wear life) for an active system «piston ring — cylinder liner» of explosion engine are suggested (the back effect). The wear intensity and resource on criterion of wear resistance for this active system of explosion engine are evaluated.

    Analysis of the stressed state of teeth of drive toothed belts of standard structures

    The loading of teeth of drive toothed belts of standard structures on the basis of the developed physical and mathematical models of the complex is stress-strained state, kinematic and power features of interaction of teeth in gearing is investigated. The equivalent pressure in the dangerous section, defining fatigue durability of teeth of a belt is established, that, depends, basically, from their geometrical parameters. On the basis of the received results of researches recommendations on increase of a technological level of toothed-belt transmissions are developed.

    Providing a given value of the coefficient of friction in the gear shifting of mechanical transmission

    The authors propose a method for reducing the loading of mechanical transmission in the shift in the use of microprocessor controller for the compensation of the friction coefficient of the friction clutch during its skid.

    DYNAMICS DURABILITY OF VEHICLES AND STRUCTURES

    Working out of medium truck semitrailer axle with punch-welded support design to provide specified fatigue life values

    Strength analysis results of two modifications of medium truck semitrailer axle with punch-welded support is described. All calculations are done with the use of final element method. Based on these results performed breakdown reason analysis of semitrailer axle fracture taken place in test rig testing. Stress values corresponding to the specified fatigue life in most loaded points of investigated structure are identified. Design solution satisfying this requirement is found.

    Nonlinear longitudinal vibrations of a preloaded rod

    Longitudinal vibration amplitude of the elastic rod is determined in the present paper taking into consideration geometric nonlinearity and initial stress-strain state. Limits of loading variations are determined from existence condition of the vibration. It is shown that these limits depend on initial state parameters.

    Stress condition of a metal-polymeric three-layer beam of rectangular cross section with stepped variable border

    The stress condition of a metal-polymeric three-layer beam of rectangular cross section with stepped variable thickness of one of two stiff shells is considered. To describe kinematics of asymmetrical over thickness core pack the hypotheses of the broken normal are accepted. Stiff shells deformation is circumscribed by correlations of small elastic-plastic deformations theory, filler is elastic nonlinear. A system of equilibrium equations and its analytical iterative solution in terms of displacements have been derived. Numerical results were adduced.

    Non-linear waves at motion of viscous liquid in vicoelastic tube

    In the paper, an evolutionary equation for describing disturbances of a radius of viscoelastic tube with oscillators in the course of flow of visco-elastic liquid is obtained Description of propagation of disturbance pulses in new scales related with sound wave — front, allows to get a higer order nonlinear equation with nonlinearity available in Burgers—Korteweg de Vries equations and with quadratic pressure loss. Numerical solutions of the obtained third, fourth and sixth order equations are also discussed.

    Calculation of cohesive strength of wear-resistant coating of rotor tillage machine teeth at a collision with a stone

    In the paper a design procedure of cohesive strength of a continuous rod with a coating at a collision with a stone is presented. The design proce-dure is grounded on the generalized Hooke's law. The Lame problem with conditions of displacements equality on boundary line of dissimilar materials of the coating and substrate has been solved.

    Calculation of deformations and pressure in concrete monolithic plates of the coverings

    In work the problem of calculation of the is intense-deformed condition of a monolithic concrete plate of a covering on the basis of the known differential equation describing shrinkable deformations in the conditions of restriction shrinkage from outside of the basis is solved. The algorithm is developed for definition of the is intense-deformed condition in a plate. By results of researches mathematical modelling of the is intense-deformed condition of the concrete strips-plates made in laboratory of the Brest state technical university is presented. It is shown that distribution of deformations of the strip-plate, received at the analysis of experimental data and calculated with model use, has high correlation, and calculation of pressure without the account of the relaxation caused by creep of concrete, gives considerable overestimate of values of pressure.

    A vector model cyclogram machine-automaton based on the presentation linear cyclogram in the form of vector polygons while maintaining the visibility of existing linear cyclogram, which allows us to solve various dynamic tasks by changing parameters cyclogram of it’s mechanisms. Vector model cyclogram machine-automaton reveals the most loaded mechanisms characteristics are entered into a dynamic model for the accurate solution of the specific task.
